agent.casa is an independent finder and comparison service that helps homeowners find, compare and connect with local real estate agents and request free appraisals. We are not a real estate agency: we do not sell, lease or appraise property ourselves, we do not list property for sale, and we do not act as your agent. Appraisals and all real estate services are provided by independent, third-party agents and agencies - not by agent.casa. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Agent shortlists & comparisons

agent.casa does not currently publish public agent profiles. Any agent information provided as part of a match or shortlist is compiled in good faith from information supplied by agents or from publicly available sources, and may be incomplete or out of date. Commission rates and fee figures are indicative and will vary - always confirm an agent's current fees, performance and terms directly with that agent before engaging them, and obtain independent advice.

Market data & property values

Market figures, charts, forecasts and commentary on this website (including the property values pages) are general information compiled from third-party published sources as at the date shown. They are not financial, investment or property advice, not a valuation of any property, and may become out of date. Forecasts are the named forecasters' own and are inherently uncertain. Verify figures with the primary sources and obtain professional advice before acting.

We introduce you to independent agents; any appraisal, advice or service is provided by, and is a matter between you and, that agent. Any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement directly between you and the agent you choose.

Intellectual property

The agent.casa name, logo, text and design are our property or used under licence, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on website content, agent profiles, market data or comparisons, or from any dealings between you and an agent. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
